Trash Valet Team Arrives

Enjoy Your Clean Property

Residents can conveniently place their designated Royal Impression Trash Valet bin outside their apartment door during the scheduled pick-up time. Check with your community management team to verify collection dates, service times or a missing waste container.

All bags must be securely tied for collection. No loose items. Bags must hold contents securely during transport, without ripping or leaking. 

This seamless process ensures an efficient and hassle-free waste management experience for your valued residents.

 Place the Royal Impression Trash bin, containing your securely tied trash bag, outside your front door during the two hour window before your collection begins.

If you have more than one bag, place one bag on top of the other, inside your container.

Check with your community management team to verify the waste collection dates and service times at your community.

We diligently arrive 2-6 days/nights per week during the scheduled pick-up time, ready to collect all resident and community trash and recycling. 

Simply return the container back inside your apartment home by 9:00am the next morning.

Tips for preparing your trash and recycling bin.

” Contact your community manager for bulk items such as furniture pieces, or boxes of old kitchen & household items, etc.”

– No loose trash

– Double-bag all pet waste

– Bags must hold contents securely during transport, without ripping or leaking

– No broken glass or sharp objects

– No oversized items (e.g. furniture, appliances, large unflattened boxes, etc.)
